This chicken salad has me wanting to make lunch right now! Each serving is filled with 27g of protein and only 2g of carbohydrates so if you are into high protein/low carb, this chicken salad is perfect for you! I find the added dill gives the salad a very fresh taste and the crunch of the celery makes this particularly satisfying!
