A delicious syrup that’s actually good for you? Yes please! This Immune Boosting Elderberry Syrup recipe made with Further Food Elderberry Soothing Syrup will change the way you breakfast! Use fresh ingredients for the best taste, and in just a few minutes you’ll have a sweet flavorful syrup to give your pancakes and waffles the perfect antioxidant boost.

To turn this syrup into an immunity powerhouse, I recommend using berries, since berries are a great source of antioxidants! That’s why another ingredient here is a low-sugar elderberry syrup, Further Food Elderberry Soothing Syrup. Elderberries are one of the richest sources of flavonoids, specifically anthocyanins, which have been shown to be antiviral, antibacterial and key to providing powerful antioxidant support. So elderberry syrup plus your favorite berries and some syrup essentials gives you that much needed morning superboost to keep you healthy all day!

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

The berries and flowers of elderberry are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that may boost your immune system. They can help tame inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart, too. Some experts recommend elderberry to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms. Boost your immunity naturally with Further Food Elderberry Soothing Syrup!
