83g Kodiak Cake Mix (whole wheat & honey flavor, or flavor of choice)
1.5 scoops (40g) of Whey protein powder
2 whole eggs
2 scoops Further Food Collagen Peptides

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Spray mini donut pan with non stick spray
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (they will not become very thick like a cake batter)
  4. Pour ingredients into donut pan
  5. Bake for about 15 mins
    *optional – you can add fruit or chocolate chips into the mix
