Great no-sugar-added recipe for trying to kick that sugar habit! This cinnamon peach coconut smoothie will keep those cravings at bay.

Those that are lactose intolerant are able to sub coconut milk for cow's milk. A 100 ml serving of coconut milk contains 154 calories, 1.4 g protein, 15 g fat (13.2 g saturated) and 3.4 g carbohydrates. Thinner coconut milk consistencies are best for curries and soups while thicker versions do well in desserts and rich sauces. One large peach is just 68 calories, 0 grams of fat, 11.6 mg of vitamin C, an antioxidant and tissue builder and vitamin E, which is necessary for the body’s blood clotting capabilities. If you’re not a fan of peaches, grilled pineapple can be a suitable substitute.​

No Sugar Added Cinnamon Peach Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

3 cups organic frozen peaches
1 cup greek yogurt
2.5-3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Organic vanilla extract
Optional: 2 scoops Further Food Collagen
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Extra cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Get out your handy dandy Vitamix, or blender.
  2. Toss in your peaches, yogurt, coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla and optional Further Food Collagen.
  3. Blend until well mixed with no clumps. If smoothie is too thick, add some more coconut milk to lighten it up.
  4. Pour into glasses & top with shredded coconut and extra cinnamon.
