My absolute favorite fruit is papaya. I could eat it every single day! I was inspired to create a smoothie with some ripe papaya I had in order to jumpstart my digestion that morning. Papaya has amazing digestive enzymes so it’s a great choice first thing in the morning after I drink my water.

Papaya Enzyme Anti-inflammatory Smoothie
1/2 ripe papaya
1 1/2 cups of pineapple (cut up)
2 dates (pitted)
1 1/2 cups coconut water
- Blend all ingredients in a blender on high for 30 seconds.
