Sharing my pumpkin spice smoothie which is fitting for the heat today! I’ve always been a fall and holiday season lover. Anyways, I’m trying my very best to keep some positivity in me as the stress of school and exams and my health starts to take a toll on me. I love making this smoothie becuase it is so festive for this time of year but also extremely nutritious, high in protein thanks to the further food collagen and delicious!

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana
2 tablespoons of pumpkin purée
1 scoop of Further Food Collagen Peptides
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (more or less depending on how thick you want it)
non-dairy whipped cream to top (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine frozen banana, pumpkin purée, Further Food Collagen, pumpkin pie spices, cinnamon, and almond milk
