These protein filled treats contain an interesting ingredient-cannelini beans! Adding  white beans gives these bars a rich, creamy feel. Plus the addition of berries, almond butter and sprouted nuts and seeds makes these bars chock full of powerful superfoods.  The collagen provides 8g of protein, in addition to lots of other health benefits, including gut healing and anti-aging benefits.

Best of all, these protein bars are super easy to make. Enjoy!

Further Food Commentary:

Sprouted nuts and seeds are a powerhouse of nutrition and perfect to increase the benefits of this treat. Sprouted nuts and seeds increased mineral absorption and can increase digestion. Corydceps are a type of fungi that have been shown to have many benefits. Though many of cordyceps benefits are still being researched, there is evidence that it increases immune function and has anti-aging effects.

Founder's story:

"My father had just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, my mom was
managing her hypothyroid, and my best friend was struggling with painful IBS.
I went online to search for food-based and natural solutions that could help
them heal. But what I found was scattered, disorganized, and left me more confused. I thought, ‘There must be an easier way to discover solutions for various ailments from real experts and from people who had done it themselves. So I decided to build a resource—a platform for food as medicine solutions
for all your health needs. And I decided to take the wisdom from this community to create real food based products that heal.
