This is a super easy three ingredient sugar free raspberry frozen yogurt recipe that doesn’t require an ice cream maker or any added sugar – what’s not to like!

Frozen yogurt is a great substitute for ice cream if you are trying to watch your fat intake! This recipe has only 1 gram of fat per serving and only 32 grams of sodium plus it has a lovely tart flavor from those raspberries. Raspberries are high in vitamin C, which you can see from their bright red color, and in antioxidants which protect your body from the damage of free radicals.

Ingredients

2 cup yogurt
4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth, you may need to do this in batches if you have a small blender.
  2. Once smooth, pour into a Tupperware container and freeze overnight.
  3. Once set, you may need to leave to thaw out for 30 mins or so.
