Salted Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients

3 tablespoons grass fed butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
3 scoops Further Food Chocolate Collagen 
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 bar dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 350. Using a hand mixer, cream melted butter with sugar. Add egg and combine. Then add almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract and combine.
  2. Next, add dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in half of the chocolate.
  3. Roll into balls, flatted slightly, and place on lined baking sheet. Top with remaining chocolate.
  4. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set. Let cool.
  5. Top with flaky sea salt, then DEVOUR.
