Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

This may be a dessert, but it still packs a nutritional punch thanks to antioxidant-rich blueberries. Since this Blueberry Crisp is made with gluten free flour mix, it can be appropriate for people with a gluten allergy or intolerance; just make sure that you use rolled oats from a certified gluten free facility since they can be contaminated with gluten-containing grains during processing. Mindfully indulge in a portion-controlled serving to avoid going overboard on calories, saturated fat, and sugar.
