6 cups blueberries
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup coconut oil (melted)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup gluten-free flour mix
1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, mix together the oats, oil, brown sugar, and flour.
4. Pour the blueberry mixture into a pie plate.
5. Sprinkle the oat mixture on top of the blueberry mixture.
6. Bake for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
