It is a low calorie, low fat way of cooking that is hands off most of the time! I spend so much time at the deli counter buying just “ok” turkey breast that I decided to try this instead. It was super easy and super tasty that I’ll never go back to deli turkey again. I also love that I can keep this in the fridge to have for a quick snack throughout the week and that I know there are no nitrates or preservatives added. It makes packing lunch for the kids and myself a cinch, too!
