Further Food Commentary:

This spicy Korean chicken recipe has just the right amount of kick from the Korean chili! Providing 23g of protein per serving, this hearty chicken dish makes a great dinner and will be sure to fill you up! You also get 18% of your daily iron needs per serving which is great since most women are low in iron! If you want to make this gluten free, just omit the soy sauce or substitute with Tamari!
