This is my go-to thyroid protein shake, which takes less than 5 minutes to make and is packed with protein, probiotics and essential nutrients for thyroid and immune function!

1 scoop of vanilla paleo protein powder
2-3 tablespoons organic shelled hemp seeds
1 teaspoon Superfood Matcha
1 tablespoon Vitamineral Greens powder
1 teaspoon Immunity Probiotic by Body & Eden
½ teaspoon organic bee pollen
½ teaspoon organic chia seeds

    This has the equivalent of 6 teaspoons of sugar and few not much fresh veggies. Americans think they need more protein than necessary. People only need about 60% of your weight in grams of protein. I weigh about 93 (close to 100) lbs and need about 50 grams of protein per day. Chia and hemp have lots of protein. This is from my nutritionist and doctors as well as my kids who run marathons, work, & have a very healthy baby.
