Supercharged Cacao Brownies (Gluten-Free, Low-Fat)

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Servings: 10

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
1 1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup brown rice flour
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons cacao powder (Cacao Bliss)
1 teaspoon sea salt
optional: top with raw nuts of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  2. Whisk eggs, vanilla and butter until blended.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  4. Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with raw nuts of your choice.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
