Supercharged Immune Boosting Tea
6 cups water
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and diced
3 tsp Superfood Turmeric
3 cinnamon sticks
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- In a large saucepan, combine water ad ginger. Bring to boil and then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add Superfood Turmeric, cinnamon sticks and cayenne pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Strain. This is your concentrate that can stay refrigerated for a week.
- Anytime you want a cup of Immune Boosting tea, heat 1/4 cup concentrate and 1/4 cup water. Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice into tea and enjoy.
