Supercharged Immune Boosting Tea

Print

My mom has been making this Immune Boosting Tea for our family for years. She would make us a cup of tea whenever we felt a cold or other illness coming on. Now with the coronavirus pandemic, I’ve been making a big batch of this tea and drinking it daily. There are so many anti-inflammatory good for you ingredients in it-from the Superfood Turmeric to the ginger and lemon.
I love drinking this, especially in the colder months to keep my immune system strong and ready to fight off anything!
It’s so easy to make and it tastes really good too! You can always add honey or sweetener if you want as well.

Further Food Commentary:

Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional/alternative medicine. It has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few.
