Cinnamon, clove and cardamom are what give this Turmeric blend the warm chai flavor. And Schisandra Berry and Boswellia are adaptogens that help reduce inflammation and boost immunity. 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
2 scoops of Superfood Turmeric
1/2 cup of coffee or one shot espresso
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
