Sweet Potato Banana Bread (Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, High Fiber)

Ingredients

1 small roasted sweet potato
1 over ripe banana
3 eggs
4 tablespoons nut/seed butter
1 teaspoon vanilla or stevia
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 scoop Further Food Daily Turmeric Tonic
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon + a pinch more each of ginger, nutmeg, cardamom & cloves
1 scoop Further Food Collagen Peptides – optional for protein & gut healing goodness
Top with a couple of squares of dark chocolate and cacao hemp butter

Instructions

  1. Throw everything except chocolate into a blender & process until well combined.
  2. Pour into a lined/greased loaf pan and sprinkle w/ chocolate.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes until the top is golden & springs back when lightly pressed.
