3 pounds of white baby potatoes, boiled till soft, cooled and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons dill paste or fresh dill
a few sprigs of fresh oregano
2 heaped tablespoons vegan mayo
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon fresh black pepper


  1. Boil your potatoes till soft, strained, cool and halve.
  2. Add all your ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Stir until well combined!
  4. Garnish with fresh oregano
  5. Enjoy!
