Quick and Easy Dill Potato Salad

Print

This potato salad really is the best. It requires minimal effort and the turn out is amazing!

This recipe all starts by simply boiling your potatoes to perfection, letting them cool and then halving them so the inside can soak in all the flavor and sauce goodness.
The big game changer in this recipe are the capers. They just add so much character and tang to this already amazing and simple dish.

I am not kidding! This recipe requires 11 ingredients (including organic food and natural food) and only about 45 minutes to make from start to finish!

Further Food Commentary:

This potato salad sounds so delicious! White potatoes are a great source of vitamin B6 which helps with cardiovascular, digestive, immune, muscular, and nervous system health! Additionally, potatoes, like citrus fruits, boast vitamin C. Although boiling the potatoes may result in a partial loss of vitamins, this is still a great summer salad to have at your next BBQ!
