Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Acai bowls are not only pretty to look at, they can also serve as a fun & delicious way to spice up your breakfast. They’re easy to create your own combo of fruits & veggies, and I love that this recipe incorporates mixed berries in it. This recipe contains a rich amount of vitamin C, calcium, vitamin A and iron. Also, full of antioxidants from all the berries and healthy fats added from the almond or coconut milk, I would also suggest adding in a serving of protein powder or nut butter to make this a balanced meal containing a mix of protein, fats and carbs.
