Hope ya’ll have an extra NICE day. This turmeric chia pudding with mango “nice” cream is so delicious, creamy and easy to make. This recipe is my new favorite! The “nice” cream is made entirely out of fruit rather than dairy products. This recipe will definitely make you feel like you are somewhere tropical.

Mango Turmeric Chia Parfait (Dairy-Free, No Sugar Added)
- For the chia pudding layer: mix chia seeds, Further Food Turmeric, and flax milk together and let sit for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- For the Nice Cream layer: add mango, Further Food Collagen and coconut water to a blender; blend until smooth
- Assemble: add chia pudding to the bottom, add a layer of fruit, next layer the “nice” cream, top with coconut chip
