A lot of people around me have seen sick so I thought I would share this natural turmeric immune booster shot. It will boost your body’s immune system and get rid of your cold in a heartbeat, no juicer required.

Turmeric Immune Booster Shot
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about two oranges)
1/2-inch piece ginger, grated
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 lime juice
1/2-inch fresh turmeric, grated (or a teaspoon of Superfood Turmeric)
- Put all ingredients in your blender, blend until combined
- Use a cheesecloth to get rid of the pulp. Drink at first sign of a cold/flu.
