1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about two oranges)
1/2-inch piece ginger, grated
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 lime juice
1/2-inch fresh turmeric, grated (or a teaspoon of Superfood Turmeric)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in your blender, blend until combined
  2. Use a cheesecloth to get rid of the pulp. Drink at first sign of a cold/flu.
