This Turmeric Mustard Spiced Chicken is a must on my meal prep, its so easy and yummy and flavorful thanks to Further Food Turmeric Tonic.
20 ounces of raw chicken breast (chopped into cubes)
1 medium chopped white onion
4 medium garlic cloves
2 scoops Further Food Turmeric Tonic
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
Pam spray olive oil
8 tablespoon dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
*Mustard has to be added at the end because the heat tends to block its flavor.
