Your choice of portobello mushrooms, zucchini, kale, sweet potatoes (any amount) Olive oil Salt Pepper
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. 2. Slice your veggies very thin. 3. Season them with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and bake them in the oven for 12 minutes (watch to make sure they don’t burn and turn over halfway)
You’ll end up with a big bowl full of salty, crunchy, healthy chips!
