Ingredients

1 punnet of strawberries, take tops off or leave on if you prefer
½ cup blueberries
2 ripe avocados, halved
2 scoops vanilla flavored protein powder
¼ cup milk of choice or filtered water (we used almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a high powered blender and put on high until mixed.
  2. If you want a sweeter taste add honey, stevia or sliced bananas and mix.
  3. Feel free to top with slivered almonds, berries, chocolate chips. Enjoy!
