This Berry Collagen Yogurt Parfait is perfect for mornings when you are in a rush (or just lazy). I love to make this Yogurt Parfait because it is fulling, nutritious and allows me to get a few extra minutes of shut-eye since it is so quick to make! It only takes about 5 minutes to prepare, plus you can make it all in one bowl or cup so clean up is a breeze! The Further Food Collagen adds a nice dose of protein and it has so many other benefits, including helping strengthen hair and nails. I just mix one or two scoops right into my yogurt and on to the toppings.

The nice thing is the toppings for this Yogurt Parfait can be tailored to what you want. Some additional topping ideas include other types of fresh fruit, coconut flakes, almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds. It really just depends on what you want and what your preference is! Have fun and enjoy this easy and healthy recipe.
