Anti-inflammatory, Immune Boosting Tea
1 bag of peppermint tea
1 bag of chamomile tea
1 ½ cups boiling water
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon of raw honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon turmeric
black pepper to taste
- Combine the teas and water in a large mug and let it steep for 3 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and enjoy!
