DIY Matcha Collagen Latte

Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon Further Food Mindful Matcha powder
1/2 cup of milk of choice
1 heaping scoop of Further Food Collagen Peptides

Instructions

  1. Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Use 1/2 tablespoon of it to mix with Mindful Matcha in a mug (this is to make sure the powder does not clump up).
  2. After matcha is well mixed, add the rest of the water to your mug.
  3. Heat 1/2 cup of milk (preferably a non-dairy one).
  4. Add to latte and whisk until smooth.
  5. Add your collagen and whisk again.
  6. Top with from frothy milk or foamed milk and enjoy.
