DIY Matcha Collagen Latte
- Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Use 1/2 tablespoon of it to mix with Mindful Matcha in a mug (this is to make sure the powder does not clump up).
- After matcha is well mixed, add the rest of the water to your mug.
- Heat 1/2 cup of milk (preferably a non-dairy one).
- Add to latte and whisk until smooth.
- Add your collagen and whisk again.
- Top with from frothy milk or foamed milk and enjoy.
