3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls with Coconut Flour (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

My kid loves these! They are a great snack that you can prepare beforehand and grab and go. You can interchange the peanut butter with any nut butter you’d like! I’ve used almond and sunflower butter in the past, too. Also you can roll them in some shredded coconut for added texture.
