Directions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
Lay out 8 graham cracker squares on the parchment paper. Pour melted chocolate on top and spread an even layer. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, so the chocolate can harden.
In the cool whip tub, mix 1 scoop of protein powder until smooth.
Spread the cool whip mixture onto the hardened chocolate in a smooth layer. Top with 8 graham cracker squares.
