Ingredients
- 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg
- 3 tablespoons buckwheat Flour
- 1 tablespoon whole ground flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash of all spice
- 1 stevia packet or any other sweetener of your choice.

Directions
