My Story

From as long as I can remember, I never planned or even thought of being a dietitian. Now that I have graduated from the Université de Montréal, I feel it’s the best thing that ever could have happened to me. My strong desire to learn and share my knowledge pushed me to begin my Master’s degree on chronic kidney disease and obesity. I also had the chance to specialize my practice working at the geriatric medical institute here in Montreal. I have recently realized that writing special recipes, cooking and spreading nutrition tips and tricks to a larger population was something I missed.

A very curious and passionate person by nature, my whole life revolves around food and the science behind it. When I am not cooking or baking, you can see me on instagram collaborating with popular food brands such as Liberté and Boulangerie St-Méthode or writing for newspaper or health blogs such as Agenda_C. I have also assisted dietitian and author Julie Des Grosseliers write her latest book.
