I’m totally guilty of having a sweet tooth. Sometimes I just crave all the ice cream and candy in the world, I can’t help it! But instead of eating ice cream and suffering with a stomach ache, I make my own homemade banana ice cream! (Frozen bananas blended with almond or coconut milk). But one day while I was taking out my frozen bananas to make ice cream my mom was talking about how she hasn’t had french toast in forever. So I decided to get a little creative and the Banana Coconut French Toast was born! It has the same consistency, taste and look as a milkshake but without the crazy calories. It’s the perfect recipe to satisfy that pesky sweet tooth.
Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:
hard to find the time to enjoy this delicious flavor on busy weekday mornings. This
recipe takes the taste of the classic smoothie plus banana and coconut, and pours it
into a glass! While this certainly makes a wonderful morning meal, it’s also great as
a dessert on breakfast-for-dinner nights. All of the ingredients are naturally dairy-
free, so it’s a great alternative even if you experience dairy intolerance.
