4 Ingredient Banana French Toast “Ice-Cream” Smoothie (Dairy-free) Print 15 LikeDislike By Jennifer Meyers I’m totally guilty of having a sweet tooth. Sometimes I just crave all the ice cream and candy in the world, I can’t help it! But instead of eating ice cream and suffering with a stomach ache, I make my own homemade banana ice cream! (Frozen bananas blended with almond or coconut milk). But one day while I was taking out my frozen bananas to make ice cream my mom was talking about how she hasn’t had french toast in forever. So I decided to get a little creative and the Banana Coconut French Toast was born! It has the same consistency, taste and look as a milkshake but without the crazy calories. It’s the perfect recipe to satisfy that pesky sweet tooth.

furtherfood October 15, 2015 at 1:41 pmHi Allie, You can use either! If you’re using coconut milk from a can though, be sure to give the contents of the can a whirl in the blender so they get combined. Coconut milk tends to separate in a can! Let us know how it went =) #iwentfurther Reply ↓
