Ingredients

1 cup nondairy milk
¼ cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon Superfood Matcha
1 teaspoon maple syrup, stevia or sweetener of choice

Optional toppings
Granola
Coconut Flakes
Seasonal Fruit

 

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, chia seeds, Mindful Matcha and maple syrup. Mix well.
  2. Leave overnight in fridge.
  3. When ready to eat, top with fruit, granola and other toppings of choice.
