Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

Print

Mac and cheese is the perfect comfort food–except for all the carbohydrates that can drain you of energy for the rest of the day. Cauliflower is a great addition to any pasta dish because of its light flavor and similarity in texture to pasta.

Further Food Commentary:

Take macaroni and cheese to the next level by swapping some of the pasta for cauliflower. You'll still get all the creamy, cheesy goodness you love and expect, but with more flavor and texture, a boost of fiber and antioxidant vitamin C, plus fewer overall calories. This may become your go-to meal for sneaking extra servings of veg to your pickiest eaters!
