Spices are also a product that should be bought organic since you eat the leaves that are sprayed with chemicals. One way to save money is to keep one of these cute plants in the kitchen! You can utilize these herbs in this fun avocado protein smoothie!

Keto Avocado Protein Smoothie
1/2 cup avocado
/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or full fat coconut milk)
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (egg white protein preferred)
2 tablespoons cream cheese OR dairy free cream cheese, softened
1 cup crushed ice
4 tablespoons erythritol (or Swerve)
1 teaspoon stevia glycerite (optional)
1/4 teaspoon mint extract or about 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (for minerals)
OPTIONAL HEALTHY ADDITIONS:
1 tablespoon aloe vera (to heal the gut)
1 tablespoon l-glutamine powder (safe for all ages, it is found in baby formula)
1 tablespoon Further Food Collagen Peptides
1. Place everything in blender and enjoy!
