Superfood Turmeric Donuts

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk⁣
2 tbsp coconut oil⁣
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce⁣
1 tsp apple cider vinegar⁣
2 1/2 scoops Superfood Turmeric
1/2 cup coconut sugar or monkfruit sweetener⁣
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁣
1 1/2 cup oat flour⁣
2 tbsp coconut flour⁣
1 1/2 tsp baking powder⁣
1/4 tsp salt⁣

Glaze⁣
1 cup powdered sugar or powdered monkfruit sweetener⁣
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk⁣
½ tsp vanilla extract⁣
½ scoop Superfood Turmeric

Instructions

Make Donuts
1. Preheat oven to 350F⁣.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk coconut milk, coconut oil, applesauce, coconut sugar, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar.⁣
3. Mix in Superfood Turmeric Powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined⁣.
4. Pour or pipe batter into a greased donut pan⁣.
5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown⁣.

Make Glaze:⁣
⁣1. Mix sweetener, vanilla and Further Food Superfood Turmeric Powder. Slowly pour and mix coconut milk until you reach a thickened glaze.⁣
⁣2. Dip donuts into the glaze. Refrigerate to set and enjoy!
