Very Berry Flaxseed Popsicles

When it gets hot, kids and adults alike reach for cold treats. Unfortunately, these treats usually end up being high in sugar and calories. I keep our freezer stocked with these tasty, healthy frozen treats to cool down on a hot summer day. I added some flaxseeds for some added nutritional boost. This recipe is toddler approved!

Further Food Commentary:

Linda's family friendly fruit and flax pops are an icy, well-balanced treat low in calories, but bursting with flavor. Berries, cherries and bananas are packed with brain- and immunity-boosting antioxidants; while flax and yogurt offer healthy fats and fiber for heart and digestive health, as well as protein to keep you energized and satiated.
