Shipping Policy:

Due to COVID-19, we’ve been taking the utmost precautions to ensure both the health and safety of all of our employees and supply chain partners. This may mean occasional shipping delays that result in longer deliver times outside of our typical 3-5 day (standard) or 2-3 day (expedited) delivery windows.

In the US:
Shipping within the United States is $3.99 per order. We ship via FedEx or DHL, and you should allow 3-5 business days for delivery. We also offer 2-3 business day Expedited Shipping  for $12.99. Orders over $49 get free shipping.

Outside the US:
We ship worldwide via DHL International. Shipping rates to locations outside of the United States vary based on weight and location. Allow 7-21 business days for international deliveries. Customers outside the US are responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just return the container and your receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price. To obtain a refund, you must notify Further Food immediately via email at wecare@furtherfood.com no later than 15 days after purchase. You must return a copy of the receipt and container to Further Food at the address specified to you via email within 30 days of purchase.
