Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup (or honey)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or unsweetened non-dairy yogurt)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat oven 350F. Line or grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together: eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, and vanilla.
