Ingredients
- 1 cup flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan.
In one bowl, mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients.
Combine everything until just mixed.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Pour into pan and bake for 40–50 minutes (until golden + set). Let cool before glazing and enjoy!
