These Banana Collagen Cups are a great treat when you are having a sweet tooth. Coconut oil is a great way to impart flavor while adding healthy fats. Additionally, Further Food Collagen Peptides add a pack of protein that can help curb sugar cravings. Peanut butter additionally adds a dose of protein. Consider using another nut butter, for taste and nutrition, as almonds and other nuts are high in unsaturated fats that help protect your brain!
