- 1 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup

1 scoop Further Food Vanilla Plant-Based Protein

1 scoop Further Food Vanilla Collagen Peptides
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Melted white chocolate
- Shredded coconut
Directions
In a bowl, add flour, maple syrup, protein powder and collagen. Stir until a soft dough forms. It should be slightly sticky but rollable. If too dry add a splash more maple syrup or a tiny bit of coconut oil.
Roll the dough into small 1–1.5-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
In a dish, melt the white chocolate with coconut oil.
Dip or drizzle each ball with melted white chocolate, then roll or sprinkle with shredded coconut for that snow-dusted look.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set, then enjoy your delicious, high-protein treat!
