Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 scoop Further Food Lemon Collagen
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
- 1–2 Tbsp water or lemon juice (to help blend, optional)
Directions
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Lemon Collagen, honey, vanilla and lemon zest until smoothi.
- Gently fold in blueberries. (For a swirled effect, blend half the blueberries and swirl into the yogurt mixture.)
- Pour into popsicle molds, tap to remove air bubbles, and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
