1 scoop Further Food Pumpkin Spice Collagen
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup oatmilk
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- Dash of pumpkin pie spice powder
Directions
In a cup, mix together Pumpkin Collagen, pumpkin puree, heavy cream, pinch of pumpkin pie spice and splash of oatmilk to make the pumpkin cream.
In a small bowl, whisk Superfood Matcha with a little hot water and maple syrup until smooth and frothy.
In a glass with ice, pour in the oatmilk and the matcha mixture. Stir to combine.
Add the pumpkin cream cold foam on top and finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Sip & enjoy your cozy fall drink!
