Ingredients

½ cup Pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup yogurt of choice
- 1 Cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour

2-3 scoops Further Food Pumpkin Spice collagen
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- pinch of salt
- Mix ins: chocolate chips/nuts
- 1 cup chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Topping
Directions
In a bowl add in the pumpkin, cream cheese, yogurt, almond and coconut flour, collagen, maple syrup, vanilla and spices together and stir until a dough forms.
- Add in chocolate chips/chopped nuts.
Spread dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Top with melted chocolate and any other toppings and place in the freezer for an hour to set.
Once chilled, break into pieces and enjoy!
