Ingredients

1½ Tbsp Further Food Premium Gelatin Powder

2 Tbsp cold water

1 cup milk of choice

1 cup pumpkin purée

1 scoop Further Food Pumpkin Spice Collagen

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings: whipped cream, cinnamon
Directions
- Add gelatin powder to cold water in a small bowl and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, warm the milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and whisk in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
In a blender, combine pumpkin purée, Pumpkin Spice Collagen, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour in the warm milk mixture and blend until smooth.
Divide between 2 small cups or jars.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until set.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
