- ¼ cup pumpkin puree

- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Warn the liquid. In a small saucepan over low medium heat, warm the almond milk and pumpkin puree together, whisking until smooth and heated through (don’t boil).
- Add collagen: Remove from heat and whisk in the Pumpkin Spice Collagen until fully dissolved.
- Sweeten & flavor: Stir in maple syrup, vanilla, and optional spices.
- Bloom the gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over ¼ cup cold water and let sit for minutes to bloom.
- Combine: Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm pumpkin-collagen mixture and whisk until fully melted and smooth.
