Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Directions
Add strawberries, water, and lemon juice to blender and blend until smooth. If you want a smoother gummy, strain out strawberry with mesh sieve.
- Pour the mixture into a small saucepan. Heat over low and whisk in the honey or maple syrup and Lemon Collagen until fully dissolved.
- Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin while whisking constantly to avoid clumps. Continue whisking over low heat until the gelatin fully dissolves (do not let boil).
- Carefully pour the mixture into gummy silicone molds or use a dropper.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Pop out and store in a an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
