Ingredients
- 4 square organics bars, flavor of choice
- 2 cups soaked cashews
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 scoops Further Food Collagen Peptides
- 1 teaspoon beet powder
- Toppings (optional):
- cashew dark chocolate
Directions
Melt the square crisp bars and press into a loaf pan.
Mix the cashews, coconut oil and butter, vanilla, and collagen together.
Spread about half onto the crust.
Add the beet powder to the other half of the mix. Spread on top of the white layer.
Freeze for 2 hours and cut into squares.
