This is our go-to-smoothie bowl! The base of this Vanilla Protein Smoothie is super easy to make with just 4 ingredients, including our Vanilla Plant-Based Protein, which adds a velvety and rich flavor. Plus it provides 20 grams of pea protein and no added sugars!
After making the base, you can customize your bowl as you wish with toppings. Here we've added some fresh fruit and seeds, but feel free to personalize the bowl with your favorites-some topping ideas include granola, nuts, coconut flakes and even a scoop of nut butter. Either way, this bowl makes a great nutrient packed breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 Tbsp almond milk or other non-dairy milk of choice

1 scoop Further Food Vanilla Organic Plant Protein

¼ cup sliced fruit (kiwi, berries, pineapple, etc)

1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp sliced or chopped nuts

1-2 Tbsp granola

Directions
Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low.
- Add almond milk and protein powder, and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency,
- Scoop into serving bowl and top with desired toppings (optional). We used chia seeds, hemp seeds, and slivered almonds with our fruit,, but granola, and a nut or seed butter would be delicious too!
